Meet Our Founders

Our founders are a husband and wife team of MIT engineers who have founded companies, launched products and scaled companies to unprecedented exits. They bring with them a wealth of knowledge as technologists and operators.

Kristie D'Ambrosio-Correll

Kristie is the former CTO of MIRROR (lululemon Studio) and helped lead the company from the prototype phase to a $500M acquisition exit with lululemon in less than 2 years. She led all facets of the technology organization including hardware engineering, software engineering, product design, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. Kristie has led and worked for various startups and corporations throughout her 15 year career including Sailthru (acquired in 2019) and Northrop Grumman Corporation. She specializes in rapidly scaling consumer products to market. Kristie earned a B.S. in EECS and a M.Eng in Computer Science from MIT.

Eric D'Ambrosio-Correll

Eric is the CEO of DC Creatives, a product development firm known for its ability to bring high-quality consumer products to market quickly. Some of DC Creative’s clients include: MIRROR, Clip, Gameboard and Hearth. Eric has a decade of experience running multi-disciplinary teams. He has worked in the design, manufacturing and production of a diverse range of products including pharmaceutical devices, CNC grinding machines, firearms, and combat apparel. Specializing in metal and plastic manufacturing, Eric has over fifteen years of experience in the hardware industry. Eric earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

Our Studio

We own an exclusive, private studio space in Port Washington, NY with a satellite office located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
